Amazon Seller Portal to Zoho Books Invoice Automation
Introduction :
In this Zoho Creator project, We are automating the process of creating invoices in Zoho books from the Amazon seller invoices excel export.
Problem Statement:
The Amazon Seller portal provides invoices for products sold, but our customer needs these invoices to be generated in Zoho Books as well. Manually creating each invoice is time-consuming and labor-intensive, especially when dealing with hundreds or more. One of our clients, a garment retailer operating across India, faces this issue with around 20,000 invoices per month. Manually processing this volume is impractical, as it also requires considering key details like branch name, stock availability, and customer record creation.
Solution:
Considering the list of requirements, We proposed and developed a custom application in Zoho Creator to simplify this process. By uploading an Excel file of Amazon Seller portal invoices into a specified form and clicking a few buttons, the system automatically creates the invoices in Zoho Creator first, and the invoices are then pushed to Zoho Books through a scheduler function.

10. Unique SKU List (Syncs list of Item Lists SKU from ZB)
11. Pin code State Mapping (Stores list of Pin-codes from Amazon Seller Portal Data)
